Delivery and Returns
All orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time you placed your order. We make our best effort to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days from the time you placed your order. Please note that we currently only deliver products within United Kingdom, Malta, Ireland, Austria and Germany. If you reside in any other jurisdiction, please note that we will not be able to deliver the product to you. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all shipping fees and taxes are borne by the User. You will be able to view shipping fees at the time you place your order and before you make the payment. If for any reason you are unclear about the applicable shipping fees, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
We use weight based shipping rates:
UK shipping for letter sized items like wash mitts £1.80.
All other UK shipping £3.60 and FREE for orders of £40 and above.
Guaranteed 1-2 working days UK tracked service £6 shipping option available at checkout.
Europe deliveries (we are currently only selling to Malta, Ireland, Austria and Germany):
Standard Shipping 0 kg – 0.90 kg £3.60
Standard Shipping 0.91 kg – 4.538 kg £8.50
All product prices on our Website are quoted in GBP. You will be required to make the full payment at the time you place your order.
The Company may in its sole discretion and without giving any prior notice to you change any product prices, at any time. Please be assured that our change of product prices will not impact any orders that you have already placed and you will be charged the product price listed on the Website at the time you placed your order. Although we take all reasonable care to ensure the product price as listed on the website is correct, we cannot offer any guarantees. In case of errors in product pricing or shipping fees on your order, we will contact you and offer you an opportunity to place your order at the correct price.
- Returns, Exchange and Refunds Policy
Except for gift items and products purchased on our online sale, you may return a Product at anytime within thirty (30) days of delivery and receive a full refund if you choose to do so. If you wish to return and/or exchange a product please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of your request specifying whether you would like us to replace the product or issue a refund. Please wait for our confirmation email before shipping the product back to us. We will send you a product return form that must be completed by you before you ship the product back to our returns address.
Please note we will only cover return shipping fees where the return is being made as a result of fault on our part (product you received was not what you ordered, it was damaged when you received it or contained a manufacturing defect). Should you choose to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for payment of return shipping fees and any additional duties payable on international returns. You may not return a product after the lapse of the thirty day period.
Where you qualify for a refund of return shipping fees, we will refund shipping costs according to 2nd class royal mail charges. Please note that we do not refund any additional shipping costs or insurance fees incurred by you if you decide to use tracked delivery service.
The risk passes to you upon delivery of the product and you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product until we receive it.

Please note we reserve the right to reduce or refuse refund if:
- The returned item is not in its original packaging with visible signs of use or damage whilst in your care;
- Return shipment does not contain all the items for example any parts, accessories are missing.
- Return package is not clearly labelled with your order number;
Where you request a replacement we will make our best effort to replace the product for another product of same price. In the event the replacement product is not the same price as the product you returned, we will issue you a full refund and you will be able to place a new order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
Where your refund is approved, it will be processed within three weeks from the date we send you a confirmation email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds should reach your account within 3 weeks from the date of return receipt. If you haven’t received your refund within three weeks from the date of email confirming approval of your refund, first check your bank account. If you find three week period has lapsed and the funds are not appearing in your account please contact us at email@example.com with the word “Refund” in the subject line.
If a product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
