Where can I enter my discount code?
If you have a discount code then you will be able to enter it on the last page at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched/arrive?
We normally dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If it’s very urgent just add a note at checkout and we’ll try our very best to dispatch by the next working day.
We send all small and medium sized parcels as Royal Mail 1st class, unless specified differently at checkout. Some of our larger wooden toys may be sent by courier service.
There is an option at checkout to send via 1-2 days UK tracked courier service, if required.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, Malta, Austria and Germany.
How much is shipping?
All our shipping rates are subsidised by us:
UK shipping for letter sized items like wash mitts £1.80.
All other UK shipping £3.60 and FREE for orders of £40 and above.
Ireland, Malta, Austria and Germany: letters and small parcels £3.60 and large parcels £8.50 (for example wooden trains)
Can I send my order as a gift?
Just add a note at checkout (or email us) and we’ll include a gift receipt rather than an invoice. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping however, all our lovely goodies are wrapped carefully in tissue paper and are sent with a hand-written note (except for very large wooden toys, they don’t fit in tissue paper but are still sent with a note).
What should I do if I would like to return an item?
We would like you to be happy with your purchase and we offer a 30 day no quibble return guarantee. The customer pays for return postage and all postage costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return an item.
